Community Space

A Different Story is a community space in the heart of Amsterdam – where creative classes, support group meetings and information evenings are held. It’s a space that is rooted in inclusivity and accessibility to those that need it, and specifically for families caring for a child living with a rare disease and/or intensive care needs.

Are you interested in using our space?

The space can also be rented out and/or used for special events and exhibitions. We support activities which contribute to making our neighborhood a better place to live and work, and that encourages creativity and community building. The profits made from the use of this space are put back in the charity. 

From time to time  we will be looking for creative and groovy people and businesses to rent out this space for longer periods of time, such as for a pop up, AND that are aligned with our values and purpose.

Short on funds? Negotiations are open to special  people and with epic ideas and energy.
